K-6 MUSIC

TONIGHT’S SCHEDULE

KINDERGARTEN

In the kindergarten classroom hallway. Listen to “Children’s March” and help the students
arrange the cards in order as you listen to some nursery rhymes. Also watch the video of the class practicing some dances and songs learned in January.

FIRST GRADE

In the music room, you can view the first grade video of the dances they have been practicing.
See the times listed on the top schedule.

SECOND GRADE

In the hallway by the music room, come and sit and listen to the instrument recording. Try to identify the instruments by sound. Also try your skills on sight reading a song on the glockenspiels.

THIRD GRADE

Come and watch the third graders perform on their recorders in the music room at the times listed on the “TONIGHT’S SCHEDULE”. They will perform some of the music they have been practicing.

FOURTH GRADE

Come and watch the fourth graders perform routines on the lummi sticks. Check the viewing schedule for times.

FIFTH GRADE

Fifth graders are performing the patriotic music they have been working on this trimester. Check the "Tonight's Schedule" for the viewing of their video.

SIXTH GRADE

Check the sixth grade classroom area to see the 6th graders on video performing their “STOMP” compositions and their pentatonic creation.
