Health Tips from Mrs. Swanson

4 General Rules

1. Try to get at least 3 days of exercise per week for 30 minutes a day.
2. Start your day with a healthy breakfast and a tall glass of milk.
3. Get seven to ten hours of sleep a night.
4. If outside for prolonged periods in the sun, use an SPF of at least 15.
